With a multidisciplinary academic background spanning broadcasting, business administration, organizational leadership, divinity, Christian education, psychology, and business administration at doctoral level, Dr. Kuzanga brings a holistic and strategic approach to leadership formation grounded in excellence and integrity.

A leadership mentor and educator dedicated to empowering leaders through transformative education and community-focused development. My work centers on equipping individuals to lead with excellence, integrity, and purpose. With an interdisciplinary academic background—including qualifications in business, forensic science, divinity, education, and safety & security—I bring a holistic, strategic perspective to leadership development and collaborative initiatives aimed at sustainable community impact.

Vice Chancellor
Johannes Jacobus (Jakes) Luus is a senior business leader and Non-Executive Director with over 25 years of executive and board-level experience across Africa’s mining, construction, heavy equipment, and industrial services sectors. He has led multi-country operations across Southern and West Africa and brings deep expertise in corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and board committee leadership, including Audit & Risk, Strategy, and Operations, with a strong focus on performance oversight and value-driven execution.
Sharon Hugo
Administrative Registrar
Sharon Hugo is a seasoned business operations and administration executive with over 20 years of experience driving operational efficiency and organizational performance. She is recognized for strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to optimize resources while effectively managing cross-functional teams. Her expertise includes operations optimization, financial management, process improvement, and departmental restructuring, with a proven track record of enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and implementing modern, paperless administrative systems. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration.


Dr Abraham Matthews 
Deputy Vice Chancellor Biblical Studies

Dr. Abraham Daniel Matthews is a devoted servant leader with a deep passion for the spiritual well-being of individuals and communities. A committed student of biblical studies, he received an Honorary Doctorate in Divinity in 2022 in recognition of his faithful service and contribution to ministry. Through his consistent teaching of the Word of God and a genuine compassion for those seeking restoration, Dr. Matthews has witnessed numerous lives transformed. He has led multiple home fellowship groups and, in 2024, was ordained into the office of Pastor. In 2025, he earned a Doctorate in Theology and currently serves the community through a non-profit organization, where he leads a Divorce Support Group alongside his wife, offering guidance, healing, and faith-based support.
Dr Letitia Matthews
Deputy Vice Chancellor Administration & Finance
Dr. Letitia J. Matthews is a seasoned business professional with over 35 years of experience across the commercial sector and currently serves as a Depot Manager and Sales Representative for one of South Africa’s leading blanket manufacturers. She is a strong advocate for ethical business practices and is deeply committed to mentoring and developing future leaders who uphold integrity and excellence in the workplace. Grounded in her Christian faith from an early age, Dr. Matthews has a longstanding passion for healing, restoration, and people-centered leadership. Ordained as a Pastor in 2024, she now serves alongside her husband under a registered non-profit organization, where they lead a Divorce Support Group, providing guidance, care, and practical support to individuals and families navigating relational challenges.
 Bishop Prof Dr. Mpumelelo Alfred Mzizi
Deputy Vice Chancellor Research and Innovation
 A faith-driven leader, change agent, and community servant committed to moral leadership, organizational transformation, and people-centered development. Guided by a deep reverence for God, he is known for inspiring ethical leadership, supporting individuals through change, and strengthening communities through mentorship, coaching, and compassionate service. He is a traditional and cultural leader actively involved in advancing South Africa’s arts, culture, and heritage sectors, while promoting social cohesion and community identity. Bishop Mzizi also serves on nationally and globally recognized Christian councils and plays a key role in community food security initiatives. A former Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK) soldier, his leadership journey reflects a lifelong commitment to justice, transformation, and nation-building.
Mrs. Ndileka Roselyn Jacobs-Stokwe
     Academic Registrar
A highly experienced Executive Secretary and Qualified Protocol Practitioner with 45 years of distinguished service in office administration, primarily within higher education and public institutions, including Nelson Mandela University. Renowned for providing high-level executive support, protocol management, and VIP coordination, she brings exceptional professionalism, organizational excellence, and a proactive leadership approach. Her expertise spans executive administration, human resources, international protocol, diplomacy, event coordination, and risk management. With extensive academic and professional training from leading institutions, she is committed to delivering exceptional support services and contributing to high-performing teams that achieve outstanding results.


Wezi Chata Mchilwa
Deputy Vice Chancellor Skills Development 
(Zambia)
Wezi Chata Mchilwa is a results-driven automotive engineering professional, educator, and entrepreneur, serving as Co-Founder of Treetopia Farm and Lecturer at the Industrial Training Centre. He brings extensive experience across automotive engineering, heavy equipment maintenance, sales, and education, with a strong background in vehicle assessment, traffic law, and safety. A certified Hino HS4 and Toyota Technician and Kaizen Silver Medalist, he is also a published author and co-developer of an Automotive Sales Psychology curriculum. Beyond his technical and academic work, Wezi leads youth development initiatives and integrates faith-based leadership through community programs and creative ministry.
Dr Kevin J.  Williams
Public Relations Officer

Dr Kevin J. Williams is a South African theologian, author, leadership scholar, mediator, and retired SAPS Captain with nearly four decades of service in law enforcement. His life reflects a distinctive integration of public service, academic leadership, and deep Christian conviction. Guided by a theology centred on God’s nearness, preservation, and sovereign authority, Dr Williams is committed to equipping individuals and communities with biblical truth for mental, spiritual, and societal stability. He holds doctorates in Leadership and Community Development, alongside advanced qualifications in theology and police science. A respected author and thought leader, his work addresses spiritual warfare, mental resilience, divine order, and ethical leadership in challenging times. Through writing, teaching, podcasts, and mentoring, Dr Williams continues to confront injustice, expose deception, and advance truth, leaving a legacy grounded in faith, discipline, and obedience to Christ.
Prof. Herbert Banda

Prof. Dr. Herbert Banda is a seasoned educator, philanthropist, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of distinguished service in the education sector across secondary, tertiary, private, and public institutions globally. He is a results-driven, detail-oriented professional known for strategic problem-solving, diplomacy, and managing sensitive environments. His expertise spans quality management systems, educational administration, human capital development, curriculum development, consultancy, leadership training, monitoring and evaluation, and online education. He has worked with national and international institutions and SETAs, authored more than 15 commissioned books and manuals, contributed to academic journals, and developed organizational policies. An accomplished mentor to youth, he holds advanced qualifications including multiple master’s and doctoral degrees, a professorship, human rights paralegal certification, and international certifications in sports and other disciplines.
Bishop Chali Kasonde
Chairman of the Board - Zambia
iRev. Chali Emmanuel Kasonde is a seasoned Zambian Christian leader, pastor, and theologian with over four decades of ministry and leadership experience. He is the Founding Pastor and General Overseer of New Beginnings Christian Church, a role he has faithfully served in since 2003, providing spiritual oversight, leadership development, and community transformation. Rev. Kasonde holds a Bachelor of Theology from Trans Africa Theological College and a Diploma in Theology from the Theological College of Central Africa. His formation is further enriched by advanced leadership and ministry training through institutions such as Haggai Institute, World Vision, Bethel Christian Centre (USA), and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. Throughout his ministry journey, he has served in various pastoral roles, including at Light House Christian Church, Emmasdale Church, and Munyumbwe Baptist Church. Beyond ministry, he also has technical training in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, reflecting a diverse professional background. Rev. Kasonde is widely respected for his commitment to church administration, evangelism, leadership training, and mentorship. He continues to impact lives across Zambia and the region through faithful service, teaching, and spiritual leadership.
